1. Services
Google Ads For Lawyers provides Google Ads management, Local Services Ads management, conversion landing-page builds, and call-tracking setup services to U.S. law firms. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees applicable to a given engagement are set out in a separate Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work.
2. No legal-services relationship
We are a marketing agency. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Our services are advertising-related and do not create any attorney-client or fiduciary relationship.
3. Performance disclaimer
We provide best-effort campaign management. Actual results (clicks, leads, retained cases) depend on numerous factors outside our control, including market competition, ad-platform algorithm changes, your firm's intake process, and the quality of cases received. Past results from other clients are not a guarantee of future performance for your firm.
4. Fees and payment
Management fees are billed monthly in advance. Ad spend is billed directly by Google/Meta to your accounts; we never mark up media. Payment terms are net-15 unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Account ownership
You own your Google Ads account, your Google Local Services Ads profile, your landing pages, and any first-party data we collect on your behalf. On termination of services, we hand back full administrative access within 5 business days.
6. Termination
After the initial 90-day onboarding period, either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. We do not lock clients into multi-year contracts.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
